Each morning you will receive a short, sharp 5 minute video where I talk you through my method for making a successful transition to a more or 'fully' plant based diet. How far you go is entirely up to you and how you feel.

DAY 1 FIND OUT YOUR "WHY"!

There are lots of different reasons for transitioning to a plant based diet. For some people its about well being & health, for others its about making a serious and impactful contribution to the sustainability of our beautiful earth, others don’t want to contribute to animal cruelty. There are lots more reasons, and in step 1 of this course we will find yours!

DAY 2 LETS GET YOU ORGANISED & MAKE LIFE EASY.

Being organised is going to be the foundation of what we do in this 5 day course, but fear not. Being organised is much easier than you think. All you need is to block 2 hours per week, on a day that suits you, simple. My personal preference is Sunday afternoon or evening. Sure its annoying but you will be amazed how committing to a simple bit of prep will change your entire week. Your mood will be better, your mind will be more clear, you will have more energy & get ready for the best nights sleeps of your life. Stick this out and you’ll love your new found energy and vitality so much you won’t want to go back.

DAY 3 TAKE IT SLOW!

It took me 10 years of going backwards and forwards between vegertarian, vegan, pescatarian & carnivore diets before I successfully transitioned to fully plant based lifestyle. In Step 3 of ‘5 Steps Closer’ I will explain to you how I was finally able to transition without being skinny, weak, generally looking drained and feeling constantly fatigued. Its an obvious one, but ADDING TO YOUR DIET FIRST and subtracting later works fantastically well. in building new eating habits that you feel comfortable with.

DAY 4 UNDERSTAND THAT PLANT BASED EATING IS A LIFESTYLE.

There is a huge difference between adopting a Plant Based or Vegan lifestyle and “going on a diet”. It’s easy to be tempted into straying from diet plan or “cheating”, but it’s not the same with veganism. When you know exactly why you want to be vegan you simply don’t stray from the lifestyle. This is why it is so important to learn the benefits of a vegan lifestyle and the effect animal products have on our health, environment, and humanity. Once you’ve taken the time to open your eyes to the real effects animal products have on our lives it just sticks with you and there’s no going back on that.

DAY 5 BOOK YOUR 1-ON-1 CALL
